Paul Dickinson & Associates is an independent town planning and development consultancy established in 1992. It undertakes a wide range of planning work for both public and private sector clients including planning appraisals, applications and appeals.

PDA is based near Farnham, Surrey just off the A31 within 20 minutes of the M25.  The Practice has undertaken work throughout the UK including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

PDA provides a range of planning services including preparation of planning appraisals, preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, environmental statements and design statements. 

PDA also has a network of related consultants that can be called on to assist with specialist areas including arboricultural, landscape, architectural, highway, nature conservation and historic building matters.
